Housing Base will partner with the client city to aggregate all current affordable housing inventory as well as deploy our Data Analysts to verify that all data elements collected are accurate.

Housing Base Search Platform

After the Data Collection has been completed, Housing Base will work with the client city to develop an annual SaaS agreement to include on-going system maintenance.

Custom Feature Development

After the first year, Housing Base will work with the client city to determine what, if any, additional features the city would like or require as the community adopts and utilizes the tool.

Housing Base has been designed to provide an online platform that brings ease, convenience and equity to the the low-income renter. We're bringing the convenience of renting market rate residential properties to affordable housing.

 

Case Manager/ Social Workers / Housing Navigators

Housing Base equips social workers and non-profit housing organizations with the power to become Housing Navigators! The platform allows for creation of resident accounts, saving property preferences, contacting property managers and managing client case files.

 

Property Manager/ Property Owner/ Developer

Housing Base allows Property Managers to add, claim and update their affordable housing inventory within Housing Base. Allowing property owners to update their property information allows them to best market their assets, while providing municipal decision makers with the most up-to-date information available about their city's affordable housing inventory.

 

Municipal Key Users

Housing Base equips municipal employees with key insights and analytics to make fast, data-informed decisions about their constituents housing needs. The platform gives key users to control the users allowed to contribute to inventory and provide social services.
